1. We will never tell you that you can have a free studio session and then charge exorbitant prices for framed prints (the marketing trick you see in shopping centres).

2. Our aim is to produce very high quality prints at better prices than city centre studios and still give you a very wide selection.

3. We invite you to phone a certain well known photographic franchise and ask for a quotation then compare our prices.

4. We will always disclose full costs in advance of any order.

5. We will always correct our mistakes at no extra cost to the client.

6. We will charge a small but reasonable studio session, location fee or wedding shoot fee and proof preparation fee.

7. You are not obliged to buy any prints after a session just pay the studio fee.

8. As a matter of company policy you will never be pressurised into buying anything.

9. If you buy a personalised gift voucher the recipient will always receive the full value that other customers would obtain for the same cost.
